Insurance Company Disputes

Under Texas law, Insurance Companies must comply with their insurance contracts with you AND the Texas Insurance Code. (Sadly, generally speaking this does not apply to Health Insurance Companies because our Courts have decided that only Federal Law (ERISA) applies and States cannot do anything to add any protections for their State’s citizens).
