Consumer Rights
As consumers, we assume that the people we are buying our products from are being honest about the terms of the transaction and about how the product will perform. In Texas, consumers can rely upon on the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices – Consumer Protection Act also known as the “DTPA”. The DTPA allows you, the consumer, to hire an attorney to sue the seller of any product or service where that seller violates the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. The DTPA requires that a person, persons or company who violates the DTPA to pay your attorney’s fees in addition to the damages and harm caused to you and your family. If we take your Consumer Rights case, we will do so at no charge to you.
Whether it is a vehicle, a washing machine, dish washer, television… any product that has not lived up to what the seller represented.
