Motorcycle Accidents
According to the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA) there were more than 360 motorcycle fatalities in Texas in 2009. This would not include motorcycle accidents that left the driver seriously and permanently injured. The fact is that, when a negligent driver impacts a motorcycle operator, serious and perhaps life-threatening injuries are more likely than if the motorcycle driver was in a car. A negligent driver is responsible for all of the harm they proximately cause their victims. Whether their victim is in a car, truck or on a motorcycle, they are responsible for the physical injuries they cause.
